Transcendental Meditation (TM) – Fundamentally Unique

TM is very easy to learn and very simple to practice.  It is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed any place. The practice is absolutely effortless, process is natural, results are immediate and consistently effective.

It is different from other forms of meditation as it is effortless and automatic – it uses the natural tendency of the mind rather than controlling the thoughts.
